Who we are
This website is run by FENNEL O.E. (“Fennel”, “we”), Athens, Greece, VAT number (ΑΦΜ) 802155505. We are responsible for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email dine@fennel.gr.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you send the enquiry form: your name, email, phone number and what you tell us about your event (type, date, number of guests, location and any message). The same applies if you email or call us directly.
- Analytics, only if you accept cookies. Through Google Analytics: the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city level). Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses for EU visitors.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and plan your event with you. This is a step you ask us to take before a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To understand how the website is used. Only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep accounting and tax records if your enquiry becomes a booking, as Greek law requires (Article 6(1)(c)).
We will only send you news or offers if you separately agree to receive them.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: 14 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. If you book with us, the details needed for invoicing are kept for as long as Greek tax law requires.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
Who else receives it
- Our website hosting and email providers, who store the site and deliver enquiry emails on our behalf.
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies. Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
The fonts on this site are served from our own server, so loading a page does not send your data to font providers. Links to Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to its use, or send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before. Email dine@fennel.gr and we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1–3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
